乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染可引起急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、暴发性肝衰竭、肝硬化及原发性肝癌等一系列肝病变,严重威胁人类健康。我国属HBV感染的高发地区,约有1.3亿慢性HBV感染者,其中有2~3千万是需要抗病毒治疗的活动性肝病患者。乙型肝炎作为世界上最常见的传染
