【摘要】 目的探讨益肾蠲痹丸对早期类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者抗CCP抗体、AKA抗体、临床指标、关节损害程度等的影响,为其治疗早期RA提供可靠的实验依据。方法选择早期RA患者120例,随机分成观察组60例,对照组60例;观察组采用益肾蠲痹丸加抗RA西药与对照组单纯抗RA西药进行对比观察。结果观察组:改善8例,有效34例,显效18例,无效3例,总有效率95%;对照组:改善13例,有效24例,显效9例,无效14例,总有效率76.7%。治疗前两组临床指标、严重骨侵蚀,抗CCP抗体、AKA抗体及ESR,CRP差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后自身对照显示:两组临床指标及严重骨侵蚀均有改善,但仅观察组与治疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较显示:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。抗CCP抗体、AKA抗体及ESR、CRP治疗后自身对照均差异有显著性(P<0.05),但两组组间比较观察组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论益肾蠲痹丸可以明显改善患者的临床指标及严重骨侵蚀,降低抗CCP抗体、AKA抗体及ESR、CRP。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of Yishen Juanbi Pill on the level of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(CCP)and anti-keratin antibody(AKA),the features of clinical manifestation and articular damage in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in order to provide evidence for the treatment of early RA.Methods 120 cases of early RA were randomly divided into two groups,60 in study group and 60 in control group.The study group was treated with Yishen Juanbi Pill and anti-rheumated arthritis medicine.The control group was treated with anti-rheumatoid arthritis medicine alone.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95%,while the effective rate of control group was 76.7%.The features of clinical manifestation,severity of articular damage,level of anti-CCP and anti-AKA,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein were significantly improved after treatment in the study group(P>0.05).but not in the control group.The efficacy in the study group is superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Juanbi Pill has therapeutical effects on clinical manifestation,severe articular damage,anti-CCP,anti-AKA,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein.更多还原
