【摘要】 为了解桑叶质量对碧波原蚕及一代杂交种经济性状的影响,从4龄起至5龄见熟分别用适熟叶、嫩叶和老叶对碧波原蚕进行饲养。结果表明:叶质对碧波幼虫的生长发育情况和一代杂交种卵质都有较大的影响,4~5龄期小蚕发生率、蚕期发病率和族中死蚕率老叶区分别是适熟叶区的2.61倍、1.76倍和1.23倍。4龄结茧率和4龄健蛹率老叶区较适熟叶区分别低2.67百分点和4.82百分点。老叶对一代杂交种卵质的影响较小,良卵数与对照差异不显著,不良卵率明显低于对照。嫩叶对碧波幼虫生长发育的影响较小,但对制种量和卵质的影响较大,单蛾产卵量和良卵数明显低于对照,不良卵率是对照适熟叶的1.23倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of mulberry leaves on economic traits of Bibo offspring were evalued by fed parent larvae on the immature,mature and old leaves respectively through fourth instar to fifth instar.Results showed that the quality of mulberry leaves significantly affect the development of Bibo larva and the quality of their eggs.The effect of old leaves was 2.61 times,1.76 times and 1.23 times higher than mature leaves.The cocoonation ratio of fourth instar Bibo was 2.67 percentage lower when the larvae was fed on old leaves compared to immature leaves,while the puparation ratio is 4.82 percentage lower the larvae was fed on old leaves compared to immature leaves.The quality of egg of first filial generation was not affected by old leaves.the number of good eggs has no statistic difference between treatment group and control,and however.the number of abnormal eggs was significantly lower in the group fed on old leaves compared to the group fed on mature leaves.The immature leaf had no effect on the development of Bibo larva,but significantly negative affect both quality and quantity of eggs of those parent fed on mature mulberry leaves.The ratio of abnormal eggs was 1.23 times higher in the group fed on immature than the group fed on mature leaves.更多还原
