【摘要】 为确定黔引普那菊苣在贵州地区的最佳采收期,对黔引普那菊苣开花及种子形成规律进行了试验研究。结果表明:在独山地区,黔引普那菊苣5月中旬开始开花,3周之后达到盛花期。种子在授粉后20d发育成熟,种子发芽率及千粒重均达到最高。最佳种子收获期应在盛花期后20～30d,其种子呈深褐色,水分含量为20%左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studies of flowering and seed development showed that the flowering of C.intybus starts in mid May and peak flowering in early June. Seed maturity occurred after 20 days pollination, and the maximum seed germination and the maximum thousand seed dry weight are obtained. The optimum time to harvest seeds is the 20th to 30th days after peak flowering with deep brown seeds and 20% seed moisture.更多还原
