基于组织性能预报技术的X60管线钢CSP流程生产工艺优化

【摘要】 利用有限元分析软件建立了带钢热连轧过程的热力耦合综合有限元模型,对于试算的CSP流程沿带钢厚度方向上等效塑性应变呈"V"形或"U"形分布,轧制过程有限元模型预测的轧制力与实际吻合较好;适量增加铸坯厚度,并在较靠前的机架分配较大的压下量有利于提高轧制过程的应变均匀性。依托组织性能预报技术集成了较适合于含铌微合金化钢的组织演变模型,利用集成系统的多次试算提出了CSP生产X60管线钢的较优工艺。

【Abstract】 The thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model for simulating hot strip rolling was developed by use of commercial FEM software.The distribution of calculated equivalent plastic strain through the thickness direction in CSP rolled product was either of V-shape or U-shape.The rolling loads predicted by developed thermo-mechanical coupled FEM model had good agreement with the measured values.The uniformity of deformation during hot rolling could be improved by properly increasing the slab thickness and adopting large reduction rate in first several rolling passes.A set of integrated models for simulating microstructure evolution of Nb-microalloyed HSLA steel was developed with microstructure and mechanical properties prediction technology,and the optimal CSP hot rolling process of X60 was built by using the developed integrated models.
