硼铁矿火法分离过程的AT&T矩阵系统评价

【摘要】 采用AT&T矩阵系统评价方法研究了硼铁矿火法分离过程的资源环境影响状况。通过分析硼铁矿火法分离过程的资源化表征,改进并完善了AT&T矩阵系统评价对象,即提出硼铁矿火法分离过程PLCA、TLCA、FLCA,分别进行了AT&T矩阵评价,并提出了系列改进建议;同时勾勒出了因子(阶段)-环境效应图例。研究结果表明,硼铁矿火法分离过程的资源化利用方式体现了以硼为主,多种元素综合利用的环境管理思路;积极构建基于硼铁矿火法分离过程FLCA的工业生态园是减缓资源消耗、降低环境压力的有力措施之一,但也指出了在工业生态园建设进程中应注意决策选择所肇始的区域经济与行业环保发展不协调等问题。

【Abstract】 Resources and environmental impact of pyro-metalluryical separation process of paigeite ore were studied with AT&T Matrix System Evaluation Method.Through resources characterization of this process,the AT&T matrix evaluation objects were improved that means PLCA、TLCA、FLCA for pyro-metallurgical separation process of paigeite ore,should be evaluated respectively with AT&T matrix and some recommendations were put forward.At the same time was a factor(stage)-environmental effect legend was outlined.The results showed,that resourceful use of pyro-metallurgical separation process of paigeite ore demonstrate an idea of comprehensive utilization of boron and other elements for environmental management.Active building FLCA ecological industrial park with pyro-metallurgical separation process of paigeite ore is one of the effective measures to reduce consumption of resources and environment burden.It is pointed out that the attention should be paid to the balance of economical benefits and environment protection during decision making of eco-industrial park.
