适合高渗低压层的水泥浆体系研究
Study on the slurry system suitable for horizon with high permeability and low pressure
【摘要】 大庆喇嘛甸油田开发后期,调整井钻井、固井均在已有的层系条件下进行。虽然大庆油田全面实施了延时测井,但延时测井后固井质量变差,主要是由地层的高渗透性和地层水对水泥的腐蚀因素引起。针对喇嘛甸油田地层的高渗、低压特点,选取A级水泥与G级水泥,分析对比了其在三个区块的固井优质率,从而确定了以G级水泥为基础的适合高渗低压层的防腐蚀水泥浆体系。声变检测结果表明,该体系能够满足大庆喇嘛甸油田高渗低压层固井施工的需要。
【Abstract】 In Lamadian Oilfield of Daqing,which is at the late stage of development,drilling and cementing process of adjustment wells were executed on the conditions of existing strata.Time-delay logging is implemented in full in Daqing Oilfield,but cementing quality after logging goes bad due to high permeability of formation and corrosion of formation water to cement.According to the characteristics of high permeability and low pressure of formation in Lamadian Oilfield,class A and class G cements were chose,and then their high quality rate of cementing in 3 blocks were compared and analyzed.It was determined that the anti-corrosion mud system based on class G cement is suitable for horizon with high permeability and low pressure.Acoustic detection result showed that the slurry system can meet the demand of cementing quality for layer with high permeability and low pressure in Lamadian Oilfield.
