精细化加工对大麻纤维理化性能的影响

【摘要】 针对大麻韧皮纤维胶质含量高、刚性大、可纺性差等问题,对其进行分步的精细化加工处理,深入分析比较每一步加工后大麻纤维的理化性能,将脱胶处理对大麻纤维造成的损伤降到最低,使大麻纤维变得更细,更干净,更柔软,提高大麻纤维的可纺性能。结果表明,精细化加工后大麻韧皮中的果胶及木质素等非纤维素物质的去除率达到93%以上,分裂度达到3 000 Nm以上,纤维纵向表面光洁,拉伸断裂强度为11.02 cN/tex,抗弯刚度为0.61×10-7cN.cm2,结晶度为81.57%。精细化加工后的大麻纤维可以在高效的棉纺设备上进行纺纱。

【Abstract】 Since hemp fiber has such problems as high content of pectin,excessive rigidity and poor spinnability,the refined processing was carried out step by step.The physicochemical properties of the fiber after each step of processing were tested and analyzed.The damage of hemp fiber caused by degumming was minimized and the hemp fiber became finner,cleaner and softer,and the spinnability was improved.The results indicated that the removal of non-cellulose substances such as pectin and lignin is above 93% after refined processing,the splitting degree is above 3 000 Nm,the longitudinal surface of the fibers is clean and smooth,the breaking strength is(11.02 cN/tex,) the bending rigidity is(0.61)×(10-7 cN·cm2),and the crystallinity is(81.57%.) The hemp fiber subjected to refined processing may be suitable for spinning on the efficient cotton equipment.
