三维整体中空复合材料低速冲击性能

【摘要】 为深入了解三维整体中空复合材料的低速冲击性能,制作了满足要求的测试件。选取2种不同芯层高度的复合材料进行低速冲击实验研究,即对5 mm厚的材料进行不同级别能量的低速冲击实验;对7 mm厚的材料进行铝蒙皮前后低速冲击对比实验。借助ORIGIN软件对材料低速冲击过程中的主要参数(速度、位移、冲击载荷、吸收能量等)进行分析。结果表明:低速冲击过程中的初始损伤能量可用来表征材料的破坏程度;铝蒙皮有利于增强材料的抗低速冲击性能。

【Abstract】 The required samples were made in order to study the low-velocity property of 3-D hollow sandwich composites.The samples were two kinds of 3-D hollow sandwich composites with different sandwich heights,(i.e.)(5 mm)(Ⅰ) and(7 mm)(Ⅱ),and(Ⅰ) was subjected to the low-velocity impact of various energy levels,while(Ⅱ) was subjected to a comparative low-velocity impact under the conditions with aluminum skin cover or without that cover.Impact parameters such as impact velocity,displacement,impact load and absorbed energy were analyzed in virtue of ORIGIN software.It was found that the initial damage energy can be used to characterize the degree of impact damage on 3-D hollow sandwich composites.The 3-D hollow sandwich composites covered with aluminum skin facilitates to enhance its impact resistance.
