基于涂层法的凝胶复合型智能抗浸面料制备
Preparation of hydrogels composites for intelligent immession fabric by coating technique
【摘要】 为开发新型智能抗浸面料,采用涂层方法使温敏性共聚物聚(N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酰胺)(简称P(NTBA-co-AAm))通过交联剂BTCA的作用转变成三维交联凝胶,并使凝胶与棉织物结合。通过红外光谱法及环境扫描电镜观察证明,涂层织物表面确实结合上了P(NTBA-co-AAm)交联凝胶。对涂层织物的温度敏感性、阻水性、透湿性进行探讨。结果表明,棉织物与凝胶结合后,阻水性能大大增强,当增重率增大到一定程度后可以做到完全阻水,而且在水中对温度变化也有响应,但透湿性有所下降。得到的温敏性凝胶复合型织物能满足抗浸面料的基本要求,可以进一步研究开发。
【Abstract】 To develop a novel intelligent immession fabric,a temperature sensitive linear copolymer of N-tert-butylacrylamide(NTBA) and acrylamide(AAm)(P(NTBA-co-AAm)) was translated into three-dimensional hydrogels which were bonded with the cotton fabric with the help of crosslinker BTCA by coating technique. The surface of the cotton fabrics was bonded with coatings of P(NTBA-co-AAm) hydrogels,as verified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM).The temperature responsiveness and water-impermeable ability of the coated fabrics were also examined.The results demonstrated that the hydrogels composites had good water-impermeable ability and temperature sensitivity when the add-on was high enough.The hydrogels can be covalently bonded with cotton fabrics by coating technique and the temperature sensitive hydrogel coated fabrics were satifactory for the requirements of immersion fabrics.
