【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our disaster prevention legislation based on the experiences and lessons in Wenchuan earthquake,and puts forward the countermeasures by developing a comprehensive "disaster prevention and reduction basic law",perfecting basic laws guiding disaster prevention and mitigation at every stage,intensifying the laws and regulations for single species disasters to build our comprehensive disaster prevention legal system.更多还原
