【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的提高和可持续发展理念的不断深入,开发纤维的绿色生产技术和可再生纤维原料愈来愈受到人们的重视,溶剂法纤维素纤维正是这样一项高新技术。本文简要介绍了3类纤维素纤维的溶剂体系,着重介绍了以NMMO为溶剂的Lyocell纤维的主要生产工艺和国内外发展近况,探讨了各类工艺产业化的可行性,并对我国发展Lyocell纤维提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the living standard of Chinese people has been further improved and idea for sustainable development, people pay more and more attention to developing green process and renewable raw materials for textile application. Cellulose fiber produced by solvent process is just the one meeting the requirements. This article briefly introduced three main solvent systems for cellulose fiber, emphasizing on developments of Lyocell using NMMO as solvent at home and aboard. Industrialization feasibility of various processes was also analyzed, finally, the author made some proposals on developing Lyocell in China.更多还原
