【摘要】 目的探讨健骨颗粒对骨组织成骨细胞雌激素受体表达的影响。方法通过切除6月龄SD雌性大鼠卵巢,建立绝经后骨质疏松症动物模型,分假手术组、模型组、治疗组,运用RT-PCR实时荧光定量SYBR GREEN法检测雌激素受体ERα、ERβmRNA的表达。结果治疗组与模型组比较,ERα、ERβmRNA的相对表达量增加,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论健骨颗粒能提高去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠的成骨细胞ERα、ERβ的表达,促进成骨细胞增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Jiangu granula on estrogen receptor(ER) expression of osteoblasts.Methods 6 months SD female rats were divided into the model group,sham operation group and the treatment group.Rat models of postmenopausal osteoporosis were induced by ovariotomy,and the ERα,ERβ mRNA expression levels in bone tissue were detected with reverse transcriptase PCR(RT-PCR) assay.Results The ERα,ERβ mRNA relative expression levels in treatment group were higher than those of model group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Jiangu granule could increase ERα,ERβ mRNA expression of osteoblasts of ovariectomized Rats and promote the proliferation of osteoblast.更多还原
