【摘要】 目的分析川芎和白芍的挥发油成分。方法采用挥发油提取器提取、GC-MS分析,测定挥发油中各成分的相对百分量。结果鉴定成分60个,其中,藁本内酯在川芎及川芎和白芍挥发油中相对含量为42.71%和56.68%。结论藁本内酯为川芎和白芍挥发油中的主要成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the chemical compositions of essential oil from herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba.Methods The essential oil was extracted by essential oil extractor,its chemical compositions were identified and the relative content of each component was determined by GC-MS.Results 60 compounds were identified,and the relative content of ligustilide in essential oil from Rhizoma Chuanxiong was 42.71%,in essential oil from herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba was 56.68%.Conclusion Ligustilide was the primary component of herbal pair of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba.更多还原
