【摘要】 目的观察血府逐瘀汤含药血清对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)增殖、迁移以及其生成一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法用MTT法观察VSMCs的增殖,Transwell小室法观察VSMCs的迁移,并检测培养上清液一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,血府逐瘀汤高剂量组和中剂量组能显著抑制VSMCs的增殖和迁移(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,培养48 h的培养上清液中,血府逐瘀汤3个剂量组的NO水平有显著升高(P<0.01)。结论血府逐瘀汤含药血清有抗VSMCs增殖和迁移的作用,其作用与升高NO水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction drug-containing serum on proliferation and migration of rats vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),and the production of NO in VSMCs.Methods The proliferation of VSMCs was detected by MTT assay and the migration by transwell chamber,and the content of NO was detected in the supernatants.Results Compared with blank control group,the proliferation and migration were significantly inhibited in Xuefu Zhuyu decoction groups with different doses respectively(P<0.05),and the content of NO increased significantly in the supernatants cultured for 48 hours (P<0.01).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction drug-containing serum has inhibitory effect on proliferation and migration of rats VSMCs,which is possibly related to the increase of NO content.更多还原
