微波消解-双道原子荧光光谱法测定泽泻、板蓝根中的砷含量
Content Determination of As in Rhizoma Alismatis and Radix Isatidis by Microwave Digestion-Double Channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 目的测定泽泻和板蓝根中的砷含量。方法采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸消解体系的的微波消解方法,来破坏中药材中的有机结构,使得中药材中重金属解离出来,再运用双道原子荧光分析法,测定中药材中砷含量。结果样品回收率为97.2%~101.6%,RSD<3%。结论微波清解-双道原子荧光光谱法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,精密度好。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of As from Rhizoma Alismatis and Radix Isatidis. Methods The organic structure of traditional Chinese medicine was damaged and heavy metal was dissociated with the microwave digestion system of HNO3-HCl-HF. The contents of As were determined with double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results Sample recovery rates were 97.2%~101.6%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 3%. Conclusion Microwave digestion-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate.
