【Abstract】 To provide social work service in the nursing home is part of the important content of social work program,and a platform where theoretical knowledge can be put into practice.The authors demonstrate how group-work method was applied in the nursing home,including the specific application of preparation skills for the establishment of the group and empathy skills among the group members,as well as all the problems one has to be confronted with over his or her practice in the nursing home.更多还原
