MSPD-RRLC-UV/MS法同时检测果蔬中9种三嗪类除草剂残留量

【摘要】 基于基质固相分散萃取(MSPD)-快速高分离液相色谱紫外和质谱检测法,测定了果蔬中9种三嗪类除草剂的残留量。以浓度与色谱峰面积之间的线性关系定量,保留时间结合质谱信息进行定性。9种待测物在0.02~4.0 mg/kg范围内峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)在0.9996~0.9998之间;方法的最低检出限(LOD)为0.002 mg/kg;低、中和高3个浓度点的加标回收率介于75.2%~95.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于11%。

【Abstract】 A rapid and simple MSPD-RRLC-UV/MS method has been developed for simultaneous analysis of nine triazine herbicides multi-residues in fruits and vegetables taking MSPD as the pre-processing method of the samples,RRLC as the separating means,UV as the quantitative and MS as the qualitative detectors.Nine target testing compounds were quantified by the linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area of chromatogram and identified by retention time and MS.The researching results show that the liner relationship between peak area and concentration was satisfactory in the range of 0.02~4.0 mg/kg,the correlation coefficients(r2) were between 0.9996 and 0.9998;the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.002 mg/kg;the recoveries were between 75.2% and 95.6% at three spiking levels of 0.05,2.0 and 4.0 mg/kg with the relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 11%.
