【摘要】 为了改变煤矿企业事故频发的现状,减少煤矿事故带来的损失,改善煤矿企业安全管理工作,采用对比分析法,研究了我国和世界上其它国家安全生产情况的差异,总结了我国煤矿安全管理在监管力度、从业人员素质、管理体系和安全投入方面存在的主要问题,并提出实现煤矿安全生产的措施与建议,对煤矿的安全生产有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to change the status of frequent accidents in coal mining enterprises,reduce the losses caused by coal mine accidents,and improve the safety management of coal mining enterprises,with contrastive analysis,the author studies the differences of production safety between China and several countries are analyzed and the main problems of China’s coal mine safety management are summaried,which in supervision,quality of workers,management system and safety investment.Then put forward some measures and suggestions that can realize safety production of coal mine.They are is of significance for safe production.更多还原
