考虑感染时延的局域世界复杂网络上疾病传播行为
Behaviour of disease propagation with infection delay on local-world complex networks
【摘要】 将感染时延引入到经典的Susceptible-Infected-Susceptible(SIS)模型来研究局域世界复杂网络上带有时延的疾病传播行为。均匀时延和度相关时延被集成到改进的SIS模型中,通过数值仿真研究时延对传播行为的影响。结果表明感染时延会促进疾病的爆发,大大增加复杂网络上疾病感染程度。此外,局域世界大小M也会显著影响网络中的疾病传播行为。
【Abstract】 In this study,the infection delay is introduced into the classical susceptible-infective-susceptible(SIS) model to model the disease spreading behaviour with time delay on local-world evolving network. Also,the uniform delay and degree-dependent delay are integrated into the improved SIS model to investigate the effect of time delay on the spreading behaviour using numerical simulations. The results show that the infection delay will cause the epidemic outbreaks and increase the prevalence of infectious diseases in complex networks. Furthermore,local-world size will remarkably affect the behaviour of disease propagation in networks.
