【摘要】 针对采用块离散余弦变换算法的压缩图像重建后会产生块效应和振铃效应的现象,本文提出了一种低复杂度基于区域检测的图像后处理方法。该方法通过准确定位图像中块效应及振铃效应的可能产生区域,有效地消除了块效应及振铃效应。实验结果表明,该算法在主观视觉和客观标准评价上均取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents an algorithm of low complexity based on region detection and post image processing.The algorithm proposed can be applied in removing ringing and blocking artifacts of high rate compressed video/image using BDCT(Block Discrete Cosine Transform) algorithm.The algorithm accurately orientates ringing and blocking artifacts and removes them efficiently based on analysis of their characteristics.Simulation results show that both the subjective perceived quality and objective evaluation are improved by the algorithm.更多还原
