Cr-α-Al2O3复合电沉积工艺
Cr-α-Al2O3 Composite Electrodeposition Technology
【摘要】 在三价铬电沉积工艺基础上制备了Cr-α-Al2O3复合镀层。探讨了镀液中Al2O3粒子浓度、搅拌速率、温度等对复合镀层厚度、微粒复合量的影响,并对镀层的微观形貌、结合力、耐腐蚀性能等进行了检测。结果表明:复合镀层与基体结合良好,随Al2O3颗粒浓度的增加,复合镀层厚度及复合量都是呈先增后减的规律;搅拌速率对镀层厚度影响较小,复合量存在极值,转速达220 r/min时,颗粒复合量最多;温度的上升使得镀层厚度及复合量呈下降趋势。与单金属铬镀层相比,Cr-α-Al2O3复合镀层的裂纹明显细化。在耐腐蚀测试中,Cr-α-Al2O3复合镀层在NaCl介质中耐蚀性最好,在NaHCO3中次之,在H2SO4中最差。
【Abstract】 The Cr-α-Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared.The effects of Al2O3 concentration,mixing speed and temperature on thickness and Al2O3 content in the coating were studied.The morphology,bonding strength and corrosion resistance of the coating were tested.The results show that the adhesion between coating and substrate was good.With the increase of Al2O3 particle concentration the composite coating thickness and the particle content increased firstly and then decreased.The effect of mixing speed on the thickness was smaller than that of the particle content.The Al2O3 content showed an extreme value when the mixing speed reached 220 r/min.The thickness and Al2O3 content of the composite coating declined with the increase of temperature.Compared with single metallic chromium coating,the cracks of Cr-α-Al2O3 composite coating were finer obviously.The corrosion resistance of Cr-α-Al2O3 coating was the best in the NaCl solution,next in the NaHCO3 and worst in the H2SO4.
