【摘要】 目的:分析大骨节病修过渡阶段的数字化X线图像,制定该病的治疗方案提供客观依据。方法:对300例地方性大骨节病修复过渡阶段患者手骨正位、左肘关节正侧位、膝关节正侧位、左踝关节正侧位(还依据患者的体征和症状加摄髋关节正位)DR成像分析。结果:300例地方性大骨节病修复过渡阶段,左手、左肘、左膝、左踝关节均有膨大,关节间隙变窄或不等宽窄,增生、硬化、关节面囊性变等。若忽视流行病学资料,本病易与骨关节退行性病变相互混淆。其中合并滑膜骨软骨瘤病10例,肘管综合症36例,肘外翻8例,膝内翻14例,酷似股骨头缺血性坏死13例。75例膝关节出现游离体115枚。结论:大骨节病修复过渡阶段以膝关节改变为多且严重,临床症状与DR成像改变有相关性、一致性,说明关节负荷愈重,临床症状与DR成像表现愈明显并对此类人群生存质量危害甚大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the DR images of patients with Kashin-Bek disease (KBD) in repairing period,and to provide evidence for its treatment.Methods:The radiographic images of left hand,left elbow and knee joint of 300 patients with Kashin-Bek disease (KBD) were analyzed.DR of hip joints were also taken in patients with clinical symptoms.Results:In 300 cases of KBD in repairing periods,there were enlargement of the joints of left hand,left elbow joint,left knee and left ankle,with narrowing of the joint space and hypertrophy,,sclerosis and cystic changes.If epidemiologic data had been neglected,KBD was easily to be confused with osteoarthritis.Some diseases combined with KBD,these were synovial osteochondromatosis (10 cases),cubital tunnel syndrome (36 cases),cubitals vagus (8 cases),and genu varum (14 cases).In 13 cases there was a mimicking of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH).There were 115 loose bodies in 75 knee joints.Conclusion:In repairing period of KBD,the changes of knee joint were mostly observed and usually serious.There is consistency between clinical features and DR findings.It is shown that the more weight the joint burdens,the more apparent clinical features and DR findings are.更多还原
