陶瓷窑内流场与温度场仿真模拟及结构优化

【摘要】 陶瓷窑内温度分布的均匀性对制品的质量具有关键的影响。本文以实际陶瓷窑炉为几何模型,采用数值模拟的方法,对现有陶瓷窑炉结构改造及参数优化后的窑内烟气的流场与温度分布进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,陶瓷窑炉的结构及操作参数对窑内的温度分布有重要影响,在对陶瓷窑炉结构改造及采用合理的操作参数后,窑内能取得均匀的温度分布。

【Abstract】 The temperature distribution in the ceramic furnace has a key influence on the product quality.The fluid flow and temperature field in ceramic furnace were numerically calculated. The results showed that the structuer of furnace and operating parameters have important influence on flue-gas flow field and temperture distribution. The uniformly temperture distribution could be acquired after the structure was optimized and operating at a reasonable parameters.
