【摘要】 目的通过临床试验选择成人气管切开患者安全有效吸痰负压值的范围,并观察吸痰负压值与黏膜损伤度、吸痰次数的关系。方法对2006年7月～2008年1月50例行气管切开的成年患者吸痰负压值的选择进行实验性研究,对所得有效吸痰负压值进行统计分析,得出有效负压值的范围。结果成人气管切开有效吸痰负压值范围为(212±48)mmHg～(354±33)mmHg,在有效的吸痰负压值范围内,吸痰负压值与黏膜损伤度成线性正相关,与吸痰次数成线性负相关。结论成人气管切开有效吸痰负压值的选择应该综合考虑吸痰效果、吸痰次数、黏膜损伤度等因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine a safe and effective range of the negative pressure value in suctioning for adult patients with incised trachea through clinical trial,and to investigate the relation between the negative pressure value in suctioning and the degree of mucosa trauma and the frequency of suctioning.Method The values of negative suction pressure among 50 cases of adult patients with incised trachea from July,2006 to January,2008 was conducted by experimental study to determine the effective range of the negative suction pressure through statistical analyses.Result The effective range of the suction pressure for adult patients with incised trachea was(212±48)mmHg to(354±33)mmHg,moreover,a positive linear correlation between the negative suction pressure and the degree of mucosa trauma can be concluded within the range,and a negative linear correlation between the negative suction pressure and the frequency of suctioning.Conclusion The effect of suctioning,the frequency,and the degree of the mucosa trauma should be considered comprehensively before determining the suction pressure value for adult patients with incised trachea.更多还原
