【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱测压法对腹腔间隙综合征监测的护理效果评价及临床指导意义。方法将40例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各20例,实验组采用膀胱测压法监测病人,对照组只观察病情不监测,观察并比较两组护理效果及对临床的指导意义。结果实验组从明确诊断到转入手术时间较对照组短,术后并发症较对照组发现早,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);实验组病人满意度和医师满意度较对照组明显提高,两组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论应用膀胱测压法对腹腔间隙综合征患者进行监测,可提高护士业务水平,提高病人和医师满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing effectiveness evaluation and clinical guidance for abdominal compartment syndrome monitoring by cystometry. Method 40 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 20 cases.The cystometry was applied in experimental group,the patients was observed without monitoring.The nursing effect and clinical guidance was observed and compared between the two groups.Result The time of clear diagnosis to transferring for operation in experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative complications was found earlier than that in the control group,There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The patients’ and physician’ satisfaction was improved significantly compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cystometry for patients with abdominal compartment syndrome monitoring will improve nurses’ skill and increase the patients;and physician’ satisfaction.更多还原
