【摘要】 目的探讨麻黄油灌肠液对大鼠大肠排空作用,确定不同浓度的药效。方法将40只大鼠随机分成四组。按照麻黄油灌肠液的不同浓度,分为高浓度组,中浓度组,低浓度组;传统肥皂水灌肠液组。监测灌肠后排便所需时间,并检查肠内粪便剩余粒数,所得数据作统计处理。结果麻黄油高浓度和中浓度组大鼠排便需时明显短于其他两组;低浓度组也短于传统肥皂水灌肠液组。三种浓度组粪便颗粒剩余都明显减少(均P<0.01)。结论麻黄油灌肠液能够明显地促进大鼠大肠排空,高浓度组效果最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects on rat large intestinal emptying by Ephedra oil,and to study the pharmacodynamic of different concentration. Method 40 rats were divided randomly into 4 groups,ten rats in each group.High concentration group(H group),middle concentration group(M group) and low concentration group(L group),the three groups were named by different concentration of the enema applied,and the last is control group(C group) administered by soap solution enema.Count the time needed to start defecating as enema was used,and examined the quantity of excrement pills left in intestine.The data were analyzed by statistical software.Result It took much less time to defecate in H group and M groups compared with other two groups.Numbers of excrement pills left in the three drug groups were greatly decreased,compared with C group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ephedra oil enema can obviously promote emptying of intestine,and higher concentration of ephedra oil will achieve better effect.更多还原
