【摘要】 目的探讨流程再造在产房护理中的应用效果。方法调查产房护理工作中存在的问题,根据调查结果将对孕妇入院及检查流程、陪产服务流程、护理文书记录流程、产房急救抢救流程等进行再造,并将再造流程前后的孕妇入院办理时间、孕产妇的满意率、护理文书记录缺陷率、新生儿抢救成功率等进行比较。结果孕妇入院及检查时间由原来的78 min减少到40 min,孕产妇满意率由原来的91.60%上升到98.30%,护理记录缺陷由原来的年18起下降到4起,新生儿窒息5 min抢救成功率由81.63%上升到91.30%。结论产房护理流程的再造,提高了产房的服务质量和工作效率,减少了护理风险的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discussion the effect of reconstruction of the delivery room in nurse process. Method Investigating the default that existed in the delivery room nurse process,and reconstructed the pregnant hospitalization and examine process,accompany service process,record process of the nurse document,and emergency medical treatment process in delivery room according to the result of investigation.Compared the satisfactorily rate of pregnant,defects rate of recorded nurse document,achievement rate in neonate rescue,and the time spend in performing pregnant hospitalization before and after the process reconstruction.Result The time spending in performing hospitalization and examine process was reduced from 78 min to 40 min,pregnant satisfaction rate increased from 91.60% to 98.30%,Nursing record defect rate in 18 cases per year from the original starting down to 4,neonatal asphyxia rescue five minutes survival rate increased from 81.63% to 91.30%.Conclusion The reconstruction of process nurse in delivery room has improve the quality of service and work efficiency,and reduce the risk of the occurrence of care.更多还原
