【摘要】 目的分析血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]浓度在恶性肿瘤时的变化,探讨其临床应用价值。方法应用免疫透射比浊法测定恶性肿瘤组和正常对照组血清Lp(a)水平。结果恶性肿瘤组血清Lp(a)水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且与性激素水平变化密切相关的恶性肿瘤与和性激素水平变化关系不密切的恶性肿瘤患者血清Lp(a)水平还具有组间显著性差异。结论血清Lp(a)除为动脉硬化性心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素外,其增高与肿瘤或激素水平相关联。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between concentration of Lipoprotein(a) and malignant tumor,and explore the application of Lipoprotein(a) in clinical diagnosis. Method Group of malignant tumor and normal control were chosen and the level of serum Lipoprotein(a) investigated by Turbidimetric Immunoassay.Result The average level of Lipoprotein(a) in group of malignant tumor was higher than that of normal control(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the concentration of Lipoprotein(a) in which malignant tumor is correlate with the level of sex hormone intimately.Conclusion Besides to be considered as an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,it’s also correlated with malignant tumor or the level of hormone.更多还原
