管线钢应力腐蚀影响因素的研究进展

【摘要】 综述了应力腐蚀开裂的主要影响因素研究现状;详细介绍了应力腐蚀开裂的类型和特点;分析了力学因素(应力和应变速率)和环境因素(侵蚀性离子、pH值、温度、溶解氧和外加电位)对管线钢应力腐蚀开裂的影响;总结了目前研究存在的问题,并提出了研究发展方向.

【Abstract】 One of the worst and dangerous destructive failure of pipeline steels is stress corrosion cracking(SCC).SCC was affected by some factors.So an overview of the study of the affecting factors for SCC is made in this article.The type and characteristic of SCC were introduced.The effects of dynamic factors(stress and strain rate) and environmental factors(aggressive ions,pH,temperature,dissolved oxygen and applied potential) on SCC were analyzed.The existed problems were also summarized.And the further direction of research was discussed.
