多元离子淹没轰击处理的奥氏体不锈钢的耐蚀性

【摘要】 采用金相、扫描电镜、电化学工作站等分析手段研究了在普通离子氮化炉引入铬、镍离子源,对奥氏体不锈钢进行铬、镍、氮多元离子淹没轰击处理后材料的表面形貌、成分和耐蚀性能等。结果表明:经铬、镍、氮多元离子淹没轰击处理后的奥氏体不锈钢表面形成强化层,表面硬度Hv达到12.7 GPa;该强化层的铬、氮的含量很高,主要由CrN和Fe4N相组成;其耐腐蚀性能与普通离子氮化相比得到明显改善.

【Abstract】 Chromium and nickel ions were introduced into a conventional ion-nitriding furnace to realize a simultaneous multi-ionic bombardment on the surface of austenitic stainless steel AISI316.The microstructure,composition and corrosion resistance of the samples prepared by different processing conditions were studied by means of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electrochemistry workstation.The results show that a hardening layer was formed on the surface of AISI316 austenitic stainless steel after ionic bombardment.Vickers′ hardness as high as 1270 Hv was obtained.The surface layer has a high content of chromium and nitrogen,which form precipitates of CrN and Fe4N.The corrosion resistance of the bombarded austenitic stainless steel was greatly improved as compared with the conventional ion-nitriding ones.
