【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合介入治疗对股骨头坏死的疗效及其应用价值。方法筛选经临床和影像学确诊为股骨头缺血性坏死患者243例,采用Se ld inger改良穿刺技术,将导管超选择插入患髋旋股内、外动脉及髂内动脉注入活血化瘀药物,两次为一疗程;并对治疗前、后分别进行患侧髋关节功能评分。结果治疗后177例患者在中西医结合介入治疗后股骨头坏死分期评分等级有提高,统计学有明显差异(P<0.001);另外有35例治疗有效,即总体有效治疗212例,总体有效治疗率为87.2%。结论中西医结合介入治疗能有效改善股骨头的供血,缓解症状,提高其功能评分,具有研究意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and value of the interventional therapy of Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head(ANFH) with a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine.Method Together with the insertion of a super-selective catheter into the medial and the lateral femoral circumflex artery and the lateral iliac artery and the infusion of Huoxue Huayu daunomycin into the upside artery,the Seldinger’s technique is adopted to treat 243 patients who are clinically and imageologically diagnosed to be suffering ANFH.Such an interventional therapy of Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head is performed with a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine.The hip function is evaluated before and after operation.Result The hip function of 177 patients’ is evidently improved after an interventional therapy of Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head is performed with a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine.There is a significant difference between pre-and post-operation(P<0.001).In addition,35 patients are getting rid of their symptoms of ANFH after the treatment.That is,the rate of effective treatment is 87.2%.Conclusion The interventional therapy of ANFH with a combination of Chinese and Western Medicine can effectively improve the femoral head and physiological blood supply and lighten the symptoms.It is worthwhile a further investigation.更多还原
