【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜联合C臂机行胃部分切除术治疗胃小类癌的方法及可行性。方法:回顾分析为7例术前确诊为胃小类癌的患者行腹腔镜联合C臂机胃部分切除术的临床资料。结果:7例手术均获成功,术后常规病理证实诊断,未发生手术相关并发症。随访10个月至6年,患者均健在,无胃类癌复发或转移。结论:腹腔镜联合C臂机治疗胃小类癌是可行的,与传统开放手术相比,微创、并发症少,但一定要严格掌握其适应证和腹腔镜操作要领。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the method and feasibility of laparoscopic partial gastrectomy for small gastric carcinoid tumors combined with C arm radiotherapy machine.Methods:The clinical data of 7 patients,who were diagnosed as small gastric carcinoid tumors and treated by laparoscopic partial gastrectomy combined with C arm radiotherapy machine,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All cases underwent laparoscopy successfully,without surgery related complications.Their diagnoses were confirmed by postoperative pathologic examination.During the follow up period of 10 months to 6 years,all patients were rechecked with gastroscope and discovered in good health.No recurrence of gastric carcinoid tumor or metastasis occurred.Conclusions:The laparoscopic partial gastrectomy combined with C arm radiotherapy machine is feasible for small gastric carcinoid tumors and has obvious superiority compared to conventional open surgery,such as less trauma and complications.Surgeons must strictly grasp the indications and main points of laparoscopy.更多还原
