【摘要】 目的:对比分析复杂肾结石开放性手术与微创经皮肾镜穿刺取石术的疗效。方法:回顾分析2000年1月至2008年10月我院收治137例复杂肾结石患者的临床资料,其中行开放手术79例(开放组),微创经皮肾镜穿刺取石术58例(微创组)。结果:两组术后发热及并发症无明显差异(P>0.05)。而结石清除率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、输血率、平均住院费用等两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:现阶段基层医院处理复杂肾结石,施行开放手术是有效的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The therapeutic effect between mini-invasively percutaneous nephrolithotomy and open surgery as treatments of complex kidney stones were analyzed comparatively.Methods:The clinical data of 137 cases which were complex kidney stones in our hospital from Jan.2001 to Oct.2008 were analyzed retrospectively,79 patients of these accepted open operation(open group),the other 58 cases underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy(minimally invasive group).Results:The differences between the two groups in rate of fever and complication didn’ t have any statistical significance(P>0.05).But there were statistical differences between the two groups in stone-free rate,operative time,bleeding volume,stay in hospital,blood transfusion rates,the average costs,and so on(P<0.05).Conclusions:The open operation is an effective surgical method as a treatment of complex kidney stones in primary hospital at the present stage.更多还原
