【摘要】 目的:研究宫腔镜手术治疗粘膜下各种类型子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾分析52例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者行宫腔镜经宫颈子宫肌瘤切除术或同时行经宫颈子宫内膜切除术的临床资料。结果:52例手术均获成功,无并发症发生,术后随访3～24个月,满意率96.15%。结论:宫腔镜手术治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤疗效好,正确选择手术适应证,严格B超监测是提高手术安全性和术后疗效的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of hysteroscopy in the treatment of all kinds of submucosal hysteromyoma.Methods:The clinical data of 52 cases with submucosal hysteromyoma,diagnosed by hysteroscopy combined with ultrasound examination,and underwent transcervical resection of myoma (TCRM) and/or transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE),were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the 52 operations were successful,without any complications.The postoperative follow-up was 3-24 months,96.15% of the patients were satisfied with the surgical effect.Conclusions:It is a good method for hysteroscopy to treat submucosal hysteromyoma.The effects and safety of the operation could be ensured by selecting proper patients and strict ultrasound monitor in the operation.更多还原
