非水基凝胶注模成形高氮无镍不锈钢粉末的研究
Research on non-aqueous gelcasting process with high-nitrogn low-nickel stainless steel powder
【摘要】 采用自主开发的非水基凝胶注模工艺,对高氮无镍不锈钢粉末进行了凝胶注模成形的研究。单体为甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA);溶剂为1,2-丙二醇;交联剂为二乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DEDA);引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰(BPO);催化剂为N,N-二甲基苯胺(DMA);分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP)。制备出固相含量为60%的悬浮液,经凝胶注模成形与烧结,得到了高氮无镍不锈钢试样,在保持氮含量的基础上,相对密度为92.4%,硬度为80HRB,抗拉强度为390MPa,且能够制备复杂的形状。所开发的非水基凝胶注模体系能够为金属粉末的成形开辟一种新型的方法。
【Abstract】 A newly developed non-aqueous gelcasting was applied to produce high-nitrogen low-nickel stainless steel powder products.Monomer in the non-aqueous gelcasting is methacrylate-2-hydroxy ethyl(HEMA);solvent is 1,2-propanediol;crosslinker is diethylene glycol di-acrylate(DEDA);initiator is benzoyl peroxide(BPO);catalyst is N,N-dimethylaniline;dispersant is polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)K30.Concentrated suspension where solid loading is up to 60% was prepared during experiment.High nitrogen low-nickel stainless steel samples were successfully prepared after forming and sintering.The appropriately nitrogenous products were obtained with complex shape,relative density of 92.4%,hardness of HRB 80 and tensile strength of 390 MPa.It is proved that the new non-aqueous gelcasting process can successfully apply to forming of metal powder.
