双波长双指示剂催化动力光度法测定大米中痕量铁
Double Wave Length Double Indicator Catalysis Dynamics Spectrophotometric Method Determination of Trace Iron in Rice
【摘要】 研究了在盐酸介质中,利用铁催化过氧化氢氧化溴百里酚蓝和罗丹明B褪色的指示反应及动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法.该反应的最大吸收峰波长位于436nm和600nm处,线性范围为0.02~1.0μg/25mL,检出限为4.14×10-11g/L.本方法灵敏度高,体系稳定,具有较好的选择性,用于大米中痕量铁的测定,获得的结果较为满意.
【Abstract】 A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method was proposed for determination of trace iron.It was based on the catalytic effect of iron on the oxidation of Bromothymol blue and Rhodamine B by hydrogen peroxide in hydrochloric acid medium.The maximum absorption peaks were 436 nm and 600 nm.The linear range of the method was 0.02-1.0 μg/25mL and the detection limitation was 4.14×10-11 g/L.This method was of high sensitivity,stability,good selectivity.The method was applied to the practice determination of trace iron in rice sample with satisfactory results.
