利用静磁场控制磁性纳米颗粒在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯表面的生长和组装

【摘要】 将丙烯酸共价聚合到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯表面,并利用全反射红外吸收光谱和原子力显微镜对其进行表征.丙烯酸中的羧酸吸附铁离子,利用硼氢化钠还原可以得到铁磁性纳米粒子,并在垂直方向下的静磁场作用下形成微米级别的海星状团簇.利用简单的一步法可以得到可控的铁磁性纳米颗粒,并同时有序的在表面形成微米级别的图案.

【Abstract】 The paper reported a facile method to pattern magnetic nanoparticles on polymer surfaces by static magnetic field inducing.First polyacrylic acid (PAA) was grafted onto the poly(methyl methacrlate) (PMMA) surfaces by benzoyl peroxide (BPO) initiating.Secondly iron ions were adsorbed on the polymer surface by electrostatic interaction.Finally,iron ions adsorbed were reduced into nanoparticles by a reducing agent sodium tetrahydridoborate (NaBH4),which were simultaneously assembled into submicro- scale patterns by static magnetic field inducing.
