微波法粉煤灰合成沸石中铁、碳杂质的影响
Impact of Iron and Carbon in Synthesis Zeolite from Coal Fly Ash under the Microwave
【摘要】 以化学试剂三氧化二铝、二氧化硅、硫酸亚铁、活性炭为原料模拟粉煤灰成分,以微波作为催化,水热合成沸石,分析铁、残碳杂质在微波法合成沸石中对沸石合成效果的影响。为体现粉煤灰合成沸石在污水处理中的应用价值,沸石合成效果以吸附氨氮量表示。研究发现:铁在微波法粉煤灰合成沸石中有促进作用,而残碳对于沸石合成效果没有显著影响。与试剂三氧化二铝、二氧化硅粉末相比,粉煤灰的松散结构及其所含杂质更有利于微波法合成沸石。
【Abstract】 Synthesis zeolite from coal fly ash which imitated by Al2O3,SiO2,FeSO4 and active carbon,under the microwave.Analyze the influence in synthesizing zeolite by iron and carbon.For expressing the function of zeolite synthesized from coarl fly ash in treating wastewater,the synthesizing effect of zeolite is shown by remove effect of ammonia.The research discover: iron is promote in the synthesize,while carbon is no obviously influence.Contrast with reagent of Al2O3 and SiO2,the loose structure and impurity of coarl fly ash is beneficial to synthesize.
