【摘要】 目的探讨Kiss-1及骨桥蛋白在子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位内膜组织的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测35例患者异位子宫内膜组织及在位内膜组织和35例正常子宫内膜组织中Kiss-1及骨桥蛋白的表达情况。结果Kiss-1在子宫内膜异位症患者异位/在位内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中阳性表达率分别为31.4%、40.0%和65.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨桥蛋白表达率分别为68.6%、62.9%和37.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kiss-1与OPN在异位内膜组织的表达呈相反的趋势,有关联性(P<0.05)。结论Kiss-1在子宫内膜异位症的表达降低,骨桥蛋白的表达增高可能与内异症的侵袭有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of Kiss-1 and osteopontin(OPN) in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis.Methods The expression of Kiss-1 and OPN in 35 cases of normal endometrium,35 cases of ectopic and eutopic endometrium in endometriosis patients were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of Kiss-1 was 31.4%,40.0%and 65.7%,respectively in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis and normal endometrium and it was significantly lower in ectopic and eutopic endometriotic tissues compared with that in the normal endometrium(P<0.05).The positive rate of OPN in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis and normal endometrium were 68.6%,62.9%and 37.1%,respectively.The positive expression rate of OPN in ectopic and eutopic endometriotic tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium(P<0.05).Significant relevance was found between the expression of OPN and Kiss-1(P<0.05).Conclusion The decreased expression of Kiss-1and increased expression of OPN protein may be involved in the invasion of endometriosis.更多还原
