【摘要】 目的探讨高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的超声诊断价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声检测58例高血压患者,观察其颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT),有无斑块形成及斑块的情况,并以52例无高血压的健康体健者作为对照组。结果高血压组IMT大于对照组(P<0.01),颈动脉内径、粥样斑块发生率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高频彩色超声检查颈动脉粥样硬化是高血压患者防治脑血管疾病的重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value for carotid artery atherosclerosis of hypertension disease by high frequency ultrasound.Methods The intima-media thickness(IMT)of the carotid artery and atherosclerosis plaque on carotid arteries of 58 patients with hypertension and 52 normal persons were investigated by high frequency echocardiography.Results The IMT and atherosclerotic plaques of hypertension group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Carotid artery atherosclerosis of hypertension disease by high frequency ultrasound is an important basis of prevention and treatment of hypertension in the patients with cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
