N,N’-双-对二甲氨基苯甲醛缩-1,3-丙二胺合铜(Ⅱ)的合成、晶体结构和抑菌活性
Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antibacterial of N,N’-bis-p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde-1,3-propanediamine copper (Ⅱ) Coordination
【摘要】 目的测试Schiff碱及其金属配合物的抑菌活性。方法采用溶液法合成Schiff碱及其金属配合物,用比浊法测定两者的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果Schiff碱及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物对绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用。结论对二甲氨基苯甲醛缩-1,3-丙二胺合铜(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌能力优于对二甲氨基苯甲醛缩-1,3-丙二胺。
【Abstract】 Objective Testing the bacteriostasis activities of Schiff base and its copper(Ⅱ) complex.Methods Schiff base and its copper(Ⅱ) complex were synthesized by solution method,and their MIC were determined by nephelometry.Results Schiff base and its copper(Ⅱ) complex put up stated inhibitory actions to bacillus aeruginosus,colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion The bacteriostasis capability of dimethylaminobenzaldehyde propanediamine copper(Ⅱ) complex is better than dimethylaminobenzaldehyde propanediamine.
