【Abstract】 This article briefly explains the developing status of the new-type rural cooperative medical care system in a certain town in Putian city, Fujian Province. It makes a research on the bimodal distribution phenomenon when the paying-line is set as zero and in higher compensation ratio in regional area and areas of less lower level by calculating in logarithm. It uses mixed-logarithm Gamma distribution to anticipate the stability and availability of the income and outcome and management of the medical expense.更多还原
