PVC/CPE/P(BA-co-MMA)改性CaCO3复合体系的性能研究

【摘要】 基于CPE和P(BA-co-MMA)改性CaCO3对PVC的协同增韧效应,用其填充PVC,研究加工工艺、CPE及改性CaCO3用量对复合材料力学、流变和热性能的影响.结果显示,二次分散法利于发挥弹性体与刚性无机粒子的协同效应;当m(PVC)∶m(CPE)∶m(改性CaCO3)=100∶8∶10时,PVC/CPE/改性Ca-CO3复合体系的冲击强度可达15.24 kJ/m2,为纯PVC基体树脂的3.98倍;随着CaCO3用量的增加,体系在保持加工流动性的同时耐热性能逐步改善;ESEM分析表明,复合材料的冲击断面呈现出典型的韧性破坏特征.

【Abstract】 Based on the synergistic toughening effect of CPE and CaCO3 modified by P(BA-co-MMA) on PVC,the PVC composites filled with them were produced.The influences of the process,content of CPE and modified CaCO3 on mechanical,rheological and heat properties to the composites were investigated.The experiment results showed that the twice dispersion method was helpful for the elastomer and the rigid inorganic particles to perform their remarkable synergistic toughening effect.When the blend ratio of PVC/CPE/CaCO3 was 100∶8∶10,the charpy impact strength of composite came to 15.24 kJ/m2,3.98 times of neat PVC matrix’s.With the addition of modified CaCO3 increasing,the rheological properties of composites were maintained while the heat resistance was improved.ESEM revealed that the morphology of fracture surface to PVC/CPE/CaCO3 composite had a typical toughening abruption characteristic.
