【Abstract】 Karl Marx argued that the Paris commune practiced the construction of "economical government"in his book,Civil War of France.Based on the summary of Paris commune experience,Marx defines the concept and the construction measures of economical government.This paper summarizes Marx’s theory of economical government,proposes that our country’s goal of establishing a Resourceefficient Government is essentially the same as Marx’s view on economical government.
