德化黑鸡生长曲线的拟合和分析
Mathematic modeling on growth of Dehua black chicken
【摘要】 运用Gompertz,Logistic,von Bertalanffy 3种非线性模型对0~18周龄的德化黑鸡体重生长数据进行了分析和曲线拟合。结果表明:3种模型均能很好地模拟其生长曲线,拟合度(R~2)高,分别为0.999 8、0.998 7和0.999 6,其中Gompertz模型拟合效果最好。进一步对Gompertz模型拟合参数分析,结果表明德化黑鸡极限体重为1 754.7 g,拐点体重为815.22 g,拐点周龄为8.819周。
【Abstract】 The growth curve of Dehua black chicken from 0 to 18 weeks was fitted with three nonlinear models.The correlation coefficients(R~2) of the chicken’s growth data with the Gompertz,Logistic and von Bertalanffy models were 0.9998,0.9987,and 0.9996,respectively.Using the Gompertz model,which had the highest R~2,the maximum applicable adult body weight was found to be 1754.7g,the critical body weight,815.22g,and the critical age of the chicken,8.819 weeks.
