雌性小熊猫血清类固醇激素水平的变化
Serum steroid hormone profiles in female red panda
【摘要】 在5只雌性成体小熊猫发情期和妊娠期内(2005年12月至2006年7月),连续23次采集血清,用放射免疫分析法测定小熊猫繁殖周期血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)含量的变化.结果表明:(1)雌性小熊猫进入发情期,血清E2含量迅速升高,并多次出现峰值,仅有一个峰值与交配行为一致,发情周期14-48 d,平均(28.26±13.24)d(n=5);在怀孕小熊猫的妊娠期内和未孕小熊猫的黄体期内都出现血清E2峰值.(2)血清P含量的升高出现在怀孕小熊猫的妊娠期和未孕小熊猫的黄体期,P含量在配种后开始升高.可见:(1)小熊猫在发情季节出现多次发情;(2)在妊娠期和黄体期可能仍有卵泡发育;(3)根据血清P含量的变化趋势,未发现福州地区圈养小熊猫胚胎延迟着床的证据.
【Abstract】 Reproductive characteristics during the estrous cycle of red panda(Ailurus fulgens) in captivity were reported.Five adult females were selected for this study.With radio-immunoassay,serum concentrations of estradiol and progesterone were assessed 23 times consecutively during estrous and gestation period from December 2005 to July 2006.Results: Several concentration peaks of estradiol appeared during the estrous,only one peak was associated with mating.The duration of estrous period lasted from 14 days to 48 days,and the average was 28.26±13.24 days(n=5).Estradiol concentration peaks also appeared in the pregnant animals and non-pregnant animals(pseudo-pregnant) during their expected gestation period.Serum concentrations of progesterone were elevated in 5 animals during their expected gestation period,and were risen soon after mating.Conclusions: Red panda may be polyoestrous during the estrous season.The follicles could be still developing during luteal phases in the pregnant animals and non-pregnant animals.There is no evidence of embryo delayed implantation in red panda in captivity of Fuzhou area according to appearance of serum concentrations of progesterone.
