【Abstract】 This paper expounded the legislation process and research progress of new plant variety right protection system,the results showed that new plant variety right protection system theoretical research mainly focused on the protection system,the economic benefits,comparative analysis of protection system,as well as the protection of the farmers’ interests,however,the research progress on the new forestry plant variety protection and economic benefits still was slow.更多还原
