蓝桉水提液对蓝桉种子发芽的化感效应

【摘要】 分析了蓝桉枯叶、鲜叶、树枝、树皮、树根1∶50、1∶100、1∶200、1∶400的水提液对蓝桉种子发芽的化感效应。结果表明,除蓝桉各器官的水提液对发芽率大多数起促进作用,树根、树枝及树皮的水提液对鲜重的影响均表现为促进作用外;高浓度的水提液对芽及幼苗的生长有明显的抑制作用,表现在幼苗茎严重卷曲和呈倒伏状,且随着水提液浓度减小,抑制作用减弱,有的消失甚至转变为促进作用,继而幼苗生长恢复正常;鲜叶、枯叶水提液对蓝桉幼苗胚根长、总长的抑制作用强度大于其它器官,枯叶和树根水提液对种子发芽率起促进作用的强度比其它器官大,树根水提液对鲜重的促进作用强度比其它器官大。

【Abstract】 The allelopathical effect of the aqueous extracts of four concentration(1∶50、1∶100、1∶200、1∶400) of Eucalyptus globulus(litter、fresh leaf、branch、bark、root) on the germination of its seeds was analysed in this paper,the result showed that the aqueous extracts of root and branch and bark had a positive effect on the fresh weight,and the extracts of E.globulus had a positive effect on the germination rate basically,in high concentration,the aqueous extracts of the different parts of E.globulus in high concentration had an obvious negative effect on bud and seedlings,the stem crinkled severely and seedlings lodged,with the concentration decreasing,the negative effect got weaker,disappeared and even turned into a positive effect,and so seedlings resumed to grow normally.The negative effect of fresh leaf and litter aqueous extracts on root length and total length of seedlings were stronger than other parts,the positive effect of litter and root on germination rate of its seeds were stronger than other parts,the positive effect of root aqueous extracts on fresh weight of seedlings was stronger than other parts.
