农药对松突圆蚧花角蚜小蜂种群的影响

【摘要】 5种防治松突圆蚧常用农药对花角蚜小蜂成蜂的接触毒性测定结果表明,25%喹硫磷、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯、40%喜蚧束和40%毒死蜱对花角蚜小蜂成蜂均有很高的毒性,而10%吡虫啉对其毒性相对较低;试验表明,喷药3 d后各农药对成蜂有很大的杀伤力,喷药10 d后各农药对成蜂基本没有毒性;5种农药对花角蚜小蜂出蜂的影响表明,40%喜蚧束、40%毒死蜱和25%喹硫磷对花角蚜小蜂的影响最大,未见成蜂羽化,而10%吡虫啉的影响相对较小,出蜂数约为对照组的1/2。林间试验表明,40%毒死蜱1 500倍液对花角蚜小蜂林间定殖及其种群数量影响较大;10%吡虫啉1 000倍液对花角蚜小蜂林间定殖及其种群数量影响相对较小。因此,松突圆蚧重度发生的林分,应在施药后10 d放蜂;在花角蚜小蜂已定殖的松突圆蚧重度发生林分施药,应选用适当浓度的10%吡虫啉,避免对花角蚜小蜂定殖及其种群数量的影响。

【Abstract】 The contact toxicity tests of 5 pesticides applied to Hemiberlesia pitysophila were made.The results showed that 25% quinalphos,4.5% beta-cypermethrin,40% methidathion and 40% chlorpyrifos were more toxic than 10% imidacloprid to C.azumai adults,and all 5 pesticides were toxic to C.azumai adults 3 days after pesticides application and not toxic after 10 days.The results of the application tests of 5 pesticides showed that the applications of 25% quinalphos,4.5% beta-cypermethrin and 40% methidathion led to no C.azumai adult to emerge,and the application of 10% imidacloprid led to the number of C.azumai adults emerged dropped to 47.62% contrast with the control number.The application tests of 40% chlorpyrifos and 10% imidacloprid in forest were made,and the result showed that 40% chlorpyrifos with dilution of 1 500 had larger effect than 10% imidacloprid with dilution of 1 000 on the colonization and the population of C.azumai.It should be best time to release C.azumai adults 10 days after pesticides application in the forest where H.pitysophila occurred seriously.10% imidacloprid with proper dilution should be chosen to avoid harm to the population of C.azumai in the forest where C.azumai had colonization but H.pitysophila occurred seriously.
